Account information: name, email address, business name, and login credentials when you sign up for FIRSTCHAT.

Business content: knowledge base articles, FAQs, documents, and other content you upload to train your AI assistant.

Conversation data: messages exchanged between your customers and your AI assistant, including WhatsApp messages sent to and from numbers you connect to FIRSTCHAT.

Usage data: log data, device information, and analytics about how you interact with our website and dashboard.

To operate the FIRSTCHAT service, including generating AI replies based on your business knowledge.

To connect and maintain your WhatsApp Business integration.

To improve our product, troubleshoot issues, and provide customer support.

We retain conversation and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

FIRSTCHAT integrates with third-party platforms, including WhatsApp Business Platform, to deliver its service. Use of those platforms is also subject to their respective privacy policies.
